Britian and the colonies had tensions between each otherfrom the time that the adventurous 1colonists cute tobranch out away from the powerful grip of Britian. Now that the British had set up their colony and set pot their rules and regulations the colonists felt that theywere being treated unfairly and believed that they deserved much exemption than the British gave them. After such thingsas the Sugar title, Stamp effect and the brutality of the BostonMassacre the colonists began to get restless and strivingtoward freedom from the higher power that ruled their everyday. Protest groups began to rise from the disgruntledpeople, groups like the Committees of Correspondence.This group gave the people something to believe in. Thisgroup clearly told them that they had more rights than theBritish told them. Inevitably the colonists waged war on themighty British government.This whitethorn have seemed to be a good choice the Britishwere unfair, so it seemed that the colonists had a right todeclare their independence from Britain. And of course itseems to be a good dicision because the United States isnow the most powerful country in the world. However was ita smart Christian dicision, what does the bible say nigh warand going against your own government. In the book ofRomans it directly tells the commentator that going against yourgovernment it is going against Gods will because thegovernment was put there by God. So if this is the case thecolonists were all heathens and the whole economy, societyand finish of the United States was based on an unjustsinful idea. Yes, that would be avowedly if the Bible did not haveanother portion specifically use this sort of situation.
